Step 1: Once your project is approved: you need to sign a contract with NeTropica

contracts pending to be posted

Step 2: Once your project is approved: you need to send a final budget request, according to the funds that NeTropica has approved for you. This request must be co-signed from your Financial Management Institution and will be the basis for your Financial Reports. You must also send the details of the Bank Account of your Financial Institution.

Confirmation of receipt of funds. First movements report (1/6/2008 – 30/7/2008).

15 of February 2009.

First Year Financial & Progress Report for the period: 1/8/2008 – 31/12/ 2008
(will be used as a basis for 2 transfer. A 60% expenses rate must be shown & copies of invoices above US$500.)

15 of August 2009.

Mid-term Financial Report of the period:

1/1/2009 – 30 /6/2009

15 of February 2010.

Final Progress & Financial Report for the period:

1/7/2009 – 31/1/2010

Project period:
September 1st, 2005 -
August 30th 2007.

 

 

Final Reports: deadline 1 October 2007

Dear Project Grantees:

As the two year NeTropica Grant period is coming to an end (October 2007), this is a reminder for you to present your final Financial and Progress Reports. Please find attached the necessary forms to be filled in:

1 - A financial report for the period 1/1/2007 - 31/8/2007. In order to apply for any further NeTropica grants you must have spent at least 60% of the total of your funds received. To conclude financially a project at least 80% of the total funds must have been spent.

2 - A concluding report of your project. As stipulated in the contract you must present minimum one manuscript as a project. Please include your publication(s) / manuscript(s) as an attachment to your e-mail.

If you need an extension (with no additional funding) please make the request using your report stating how much additional time you need. That will imply that you will continue sending progress and financial reports until your project is concluded. However you will not be eligible to participate in any other NeTropica funding opportunities.

The deadline for these reports is 1 of October 2007.
