2010 - 2012

Eight proposals out of nineteen applications were approved after participating in the competition NeTGrant 2010-2012. Two projects were merged. The Grants will be covering the two years period October 1st, 2010 - September 30th, 2012. The selection was made by nineteen independent External Evaluators and a Decision Committee that met in Stockholm, Sweden in July 2010 to take the final decision.

2008 - 2010

Ten proposals out of eighteen applications were approved after participating in the competition NeTGrants 2008. The Grants will be covering the two years period July 1st, 2008 - June 30th, 2010. The selection was made by twelve independent External Evaluators and a Decision Committee that met in Stockholm, Sweden in April 2008 to take the final decision.

2005 - 2007

Eight proposals out of twenty-three applications were approved after participating in the competition NeTGrants 2005. The Grants will be covering the two years period September 1st, 2005 - August 30th, 2007. The selection was made by seven independent External Evaluators.

2003 - 2005

Ten proposals were approved after participating in the competition NeTGrants 2003. The Grants will be covering the two years period October 1st, 2003 - September 30th, 2005. The selection was made by four independent External Evaluators.

2001 - 2003

Nine proposals were selected for participation in the NeTropica projects 2001-2003. Priority was given to scientists who have previously participated as students or tutors in the various Graduate Programs in Biomedical Sciences in Central America. Research teams were selected on the basis of scientific and academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and existing infrastructure.
