Meet annually at a Central American country with functions of consultancy for the Central Administration. This consultancy involves:
Taking decisions that will facilitate and strengthen the expansion of the network.
Be informed and offer suggestions for the proper functioning of the network administration.
Disseminate the information from NeTropica among scientists and institutions of their respective countries.
Disseminate and suggest candidates for the allocation of funds for training fellowships.
Suggest and facilitate the selection of the external scientific reviewers that will evaluate the project grant proposals.
