The NeTropica Network
seeks to promote those that are interested in participating in
conferences, seminars, etc.
OPTIONS:
A. Airplane ticket for participation in conferences, seminars or workshops
B. Subscription Fee
C. General Economic Help for traveling expenses (hotel, meals, etc)
Eligible applicants: : This is a fellowship open to Central American
Scientists currently employed in a Central American Laboratory or studying
at a Central American University. The conference/ seminar/ research activity
can be held in any country and the subject must be related with the
NeTropica main frame priorities (http://www.netropica.org/priorities.htm).
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS FELLOWSHIP?
1.- Applicants should be from a Central American country.
2.- Applicants should currently be employed in a Central American
Laboratory or study at a Central American University.
3.- Applicants should have a fair knowledge of English if required by the
organizers.
4 – Applicants should participate either by presenting poster, give a
conference or get a training.
HOW TO APPLY FOR THE FELLOWSHIP?
For an application to be considered the candidate must send in one package
the following:
1. This application form completed by the candidate.
2. A letter of invitation from the conference/ seminar / research activity
(original, scanned via email, or by fax).
3. Upon return the fellow should present to NeTropica a short description of
the results of the activity.
